God
God, please take my pain away
Don’t feel I can last another day
Every night I pray and cry
Hoping you will take my life
This fight has gone on for years
Still, you haven’t dried my tears
How can I make you see?
How can you not hear my plea?
God! Take me! Let me die
Or are you just another lie?
Tell me, is it true you’re real?
A God with power to save and kill
Well, if it’s true,
The where are you?
I think it’s safe to say
That you couldn’t or wouldn’t stay

Wow that was a beautiful poem. I think its a good way to express your feelings and write what you feel. Because I sometimes too wonder what you say in your poem.

Your blog brings to mind the T.V show Supernatural. In this T.V show God is dead. He died when people stopped believing in him. Your poem is sad but a lot of people feel the same way.
