Narrative Paper: Introduction
On the morning of Aug 10, 2007, I had gotten a rude awakening by the bailiff for the Ogden City Juvenile Court. He had come into my room and told me to get up, and that I was going to DT. During this time, I had felt tired, angry at my parents for calling the police because I wouldn’t wake up for court, and confused as to why my parents would call the police on me. I had complied with the officer, and got up, put on my shoes, and left with the officer, after he had handcuffed me outside of my house. Later, he had told me that if I would have gone to court, then I would have been able to stay home with my parents instead of going into programs. He had taken me to DT, gotten me settled in, and left. I was with a bunch of people I didn’t know and who I was scared of for the next couple of days.

I think you have a really good introduction so far! I liked how you put your emotions into your introduction because it really makes the reader able to connect with what you're writing. You're off to a great start! :)
