Relationships
RELATIONSHIPS…
My mind it pondered, thinking
What’s the word?
What hits me right at home?
Love? Friendship? NO!
I turned the pages
Gazed into the pictures and words,
Relationships screamed to me
The chimes of a baby’s cry sounded so familiar.
Friends, parents, teenagers, family, pets;
So many different relations using the same golden piece,
A heart!
Swollen, broken, torn, pieced together, or glowing bright!
